This is an in-person collaboration event with UC Davis and Sacramento State Universities.  Dr. Varma will be giving his T.R. Higgins Lecture at UC Davis.  SEAOCC members are encouraged to join students at this event. The T.R. Higgins lecturers are always a top-notch presentation!
